If you are a monthly subscriber, a member must contact Customer Service via customersupport<at>leilimckinley.com or call 800-281-4441 at least 72 hours prior to the next recurring billing date established with the member’s credit card provider. Only cancellations effected within this timeframe will be effective. Notice of cancellation after the 72 hour cut-off will effect cancellation for the next succeeding month. In such cases, the member shall be responsible for payment of the succeeding month and will have no right to stop payment or backcharge for that month.

Example: If the recurring billing date is on the 15th of each month, and a cancellation notice is delivered on the 14th of that month, the account will be billed on the 15th of that month and will be cancelled effective the 15th of the following month.

If you are an annual subscriber and have a recurring billing date every 12 months (ten months paid and two free), you must contact Customer Service via customersupport<at>leilimckinley.com or call 800-281-4441 at least 72 hours prior to the next recurring billing date established with your credit card provider. Only cancellations effected within this timeframe will be effective. Notice of cancellation after the 72 hour cut-off will effect cancellation for the succeeding annual payment. However, as long as the cancelling member does not attempt to dispute or assert a backcharge for the subsequent annual payment, Soaring Phoenix LLC will refund the amount of that payment, less the then applicable regular price for one month of full Soaring Phoenix LLC membership. The Soaring Phoenix LLC member will have no right to stop payment or backcharge any portion of the annual payment for which timely cancellation has not been effected and will forfeit any right to claim a refund if he or she attempts to do so.

Example: If an annual recurring billing date occurs on January 15th at a rate of $4970, and a cancellation notice is delivered on January 14th of the next year, the account will be billed on January 15th of the next year for $4970, and the amount of $4473 will be refunded. $4473 is $4970 minus $497, the full monthly payment for the succeeding month. All billing will effectively be canceled as of January 15th of the next year.

If a cancellation request is delivered within the first 10 months of access that has been paid for, a refund will be provided for the remaining months of unused access, provided that the cancellation request arrives at least 72 hours prior to the date that a regular monthly payment would be billed. The member will not be entitled to the additional two months of free access.

Example: If an annual recurring billing date occurs on January 15th at a rate of $4970, and a cancellation notice is delivered on June 10th, the account will be effectively canceled as of June 15th. The amount of $2485 will be refunded. $2485 is $4970 minus $4970, the amount of five full monthly payments. The two additional months of free access are not provided with a cancellation prior to a completed annual subscription.

If the cancellation request arrives in month 10 of access that has been billed, the recurring billing will effectively be canceled prior to the next billing date. The member will be entitled to the additional two months of access.

Example: If an annual recurring billing date occurs on January 15th at a rate of $4970, and a cancellation notice is delivered on November 10th, the account will be effectively canceled as of January 15th of the next year. No refund is provided and the additional two months of access are provided.
